CovalentWorks’ web-based EDI solution, MyB2B, is ideal for companies that process small to medium volumes of EDI transactions. No software or hardware is needed. EDI VAN service or AS/2 communication is included.

All you need is internet access. By subscribing to MyB2B you are very quickly EDI compliant with your customers' requirements.

EDI transactions from your partners are viewable as web pages that look very much like the hard copy documents you receive now. Sending transactions to your partners is easy too. Web forms are pre-filled with data from original source documents.

Integrated solution - for EDI translation into any file format

If you send and receive high volumes of EDI transactions you probably want to eliminate manual data entry. CovalentWorks can help with our integrated EDI solution called B2BWorks.

Data entry is eliminated by exchanging data directly with your accounting, ERP, or other in-house applications . Your partners’ EDI file formats are translated into a format your applications can use for automatic data entry and export. Data is imported into UCC-128 shipping labels.

All formats including XML, positional, comma delimited, CSV etc. are supported. CovalentWorks mapping service does the translation for you. No special software or hardware is needed to use our EDI mapping and translation service.

EDI VAN service - for affordable EDI transportation

CovalentWorks EDI VAN service is included at no extra charge in our Web-based EDI solution and integrated EDI solutions described above. Or you can choose our stand-alone EDI VAN service if you have the ability to work with raw EDI data using your own EDI software.

Your partners can send and receive EDI transactions using their traditional EDI VAN or securely over the internet using AS/2. You will be able to easily access your EDI mailbox on our secure servers 24 X 7.
