Here are the 5 steps to have B2BWorks implemented:

1. Call us at 800.496.3380 to review your requirements for interfacing with your systems. 10 to 60 minutes.

2. The same day as our discussion we will email a proposal for you to review and approve.

3. After you approve the proposal, our team will design, build, and test maps for all required EDI transactions. The maps will translate EDI transactions into the format you need for your systems. EDI communication with your trading partners will be established. Elapsed time is approximately 5 business days. This will not require much of your time except to provide to us with your file formats.

4. Customer Care will work with you to test transactions interfacing with your systems and with your EDI trading partners. Elapsed time is typically 5 to 10 business days and depends on your availably and your EDI trading partners availability.

5. Receive instructions and training - 15 to 60 minutes. Customer Care will provide you with all of the assistance you need to use B2BWorks for exchanging EDI transactions with your partners.
