Here are the 5 steps:

1. Call us at 800.496.3380 or send an email to sales@covalentworks.com. Please provide your company name, address and phone number. 5 minutes.

EDI VAN service provides the communication of EDI transactions with your trading partners. You must be capable of handling raw X-12 or EDIFACT EDI transactions depending on which standard your trading partners follow.

2. The same day we will email a proposal for you to review and approve. Proposals are usually sent within one hour of receipt of your information.

3. After you approve the proposal, our Customer Care team will contact you to obtain additional information such as your EDI ID's and your trading partners' EDI ID's. 5 to 20 minutes.

4. Customer Care will then establish EDI communication with your EDI trading partner(s). Elapsed time is one business day 90% of the time.

5. Receive instructions and training - 5 to 15 minutes. Customer Care will provide you instructions for sending and receiving EDI transactions with one of our secure FTP servers.
