If use Tracking # in ASN
The ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) contains detailed information about the products that are being sent to Charlotte Russe and as well as transportation information. For example, the shipped date, SCAC code, carrier name, your telephone number, gross weight per pack in pounds and Bill of Lading will be included in addition to data that comes from the purchase order.
Charlotte Russe uses the SOPI format for ASN’s. SOPI stands for Shipment, Order, Pack (carton) and Item. SOPI is also known as “Pick and Pack” because more than one type of item can be packed into the same carton. Charlotte uses two types of SOPI ASN’s. The two types are PO’s that do not contain assortments and PO’s that do contain assortments.
