Rainguard started out using the CovalentWorks interface with their Peachtree accounting system. When they converted to QuickBooks in late 2012 they immediately upgraded to the new interface. With more than ten active trading partners and 350 EDI documents per month they needed automation for PO and invoice processing and the QuickBooks Interface proved the perfect solution. Recently they switched to a QuickBooks hosted service and received excellent support from CovalentWorks in the transition and implementation of the QB interface on the hosted site.

According to Hernandez, the QuickBooks interface saves hours of time and she especially appreciates the option to import EDI orders as either sales orders or invoices.
